Is there a difference implanting an IUD in a girl/woman who hasn’t had a baby versus a woman who has a baby?

There is no contraindication related to placement if there has been a recent delivery of a child. It is easier to place one in a patient that has had a child or is previously sexually active. The risks are the same and very low. To date I have not seen an IUD placement migrate outside the location with our gynecology. It does occur but rarely.
