President Obama asked about 'Tampon Tax' by Youtuber Ingrid Nilsen

If you haven't heard already, many states have something called the  "tampon tax," where tampons and other menstrual products are dubbed "luxury items" thus allowing these items to be taxed.  Apparently these items are not necessities for a woman? Recently good news is upon us as many state legislatures are listening to constituents and getting rid of the tampon tax.  In fact 11 states have already done so! Watch President Obama weigh in on the 'tampon tax'  with Youtuber Ingrid Nilsen and read the full article here: http://time.com/4183108/obama-tampon-tax-sanitary/
